We do not sell tickets and do not form a contract of carriage — you enter that directly with the carrier. Always verify details on the carrier's official channels before travelling.
You are paying only for access to this App's seat-unlock convenience feature, not for the underlying data, any ticket, or a reservation.
No warranty is given and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability whatsoever for any loss, lost profit, missed trains, failed reservations, or for the inaccuracy, absence or delay of data, or for interruptions to the App.
